AEP adheres to strict selection criteria and handpicks security officers to work according to specified contractual requirements. The selection process for working with AEP is highly competitive and we demand professionalism, experience and competence. If successful, the candidate will also be required to attend a site - specific induction program and will be required to commit to additional training sessions throughout the year.
